Gate 1A's seventh item: whether the template's sections are filled in. Judging the business belongs to the judges — P5 §18 asks that the two stay separate.

The deadline counts from
A participant submits on time, then fixes a typo after the deadline: the choice below decides whether they stay on time or become late. Either choice can be defended — what cannot be defended is choosing silently, so participants only find out once they are flagged.
Used to flag submissions past the deadline. Program Design v1.0 §29 places submission in late November; the exact date is the committee's decision.
